Rosemary essential oil is used therapeutically to treat the symptoms of indigestion due to its antispasmodic effect. It also has a tonic effect on the heart, circulation, nervous system and is effective in rheumatism and neuralgia, while it stimulates bile secretions and is known for its expectorant properties.
Use
Dissolve 4 drops of rosemary oil in 25ml of almond oil and massage into sore joints and muscles, head to stimulate hair growth or temples for headache. (Never used undiluted).
