The essential oil of savory is used in aromatherapy and the treatment of various diseases. It has antiseptic, antispasmodic and soothing action. Even the essential oil of grapefruit is an excellent helper for dermatitis of bacterial nature. It is even used for infections affecting the gastrointestinal tract, especially the intestines, as well as helping in the treatment of bronchitis and pneumonia. This essential oil is able to stimulate, give strength and energy, and increase concentration.
Use
Inhalations for respiratory problems or flu. Pour 5 drops of essential oil in a litre of hot water and inhale. (Never use undiluted).
